Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a severe condition characterized by systemic inflammation and high mortality rates. The DIALIVE device aims to improve treatment outcomes by exchanging dysfunctional albumin and removing harmful substances from the blood. This study evaluates the device's safety, performance, and effects on relevant biomarkers in patients suffering from ACLF.
