You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Professional verification is a platform trust control. It is not a substitute for checking a clinician's current registration with the relevant professional authority.

OslerMarket supports education and professional reference. It does not replace clinical judgement, examination, local protocols, supervision, or emergency care. Do not use it as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment.

Ask Osler may use automated systems to retrieve and summarise source material. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check cited sources, current guidance, contraindications, doses, and local policy before acting. Do not enter identifiable patient information or confidential records.

A resource may be public, available after sign-in, or available through a specific course offering. Rights restrictions may prevent us from displaying, indexing, or delivering a resource even after it was previously available.

Resource metadata, reviews, and AI summaries help discovery; they do not guarantee clinical accuracy, completeness, currency, or permission for reuse. Follow the copyright and licence information shown with the source.

Osler Learn provides educational study and course companions. It is not an official university course unless explicitly stated otherwise. It does not provide academic credit, professional certification, official grading, or supervised clinical assessment.

Activities may include modules, readings and other materials, teaching notes, questions, flashcards, recall prompts, practice, revision, mock practice, discussion and related learning tools. Progress, completion, question accuracy, self-ratings and adaptive revision indicators are formative learning records, not official grades or proof of competence. Prior learning activity and responses may guide what is reviewed or practised next. Content may be corrected, reorganised or updated as sources and teaching material change.

Access applies to the specific offering purchased or granted and the access period shown. The total price, access duration and included benefits are shown before payment. Paid access begins when payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal; extending access requires a new purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to one course does not include other courses or unlimited Ask Osler use.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights over course materials, questions, images, notes or other copyrighted content. Respect the rights and access restrictions attached to each source, including material available only within a course. Payment and refund provisions below also apply to course purchases.

You may submit only material you are authorised to share. You retain ownership of your contribution and grant OslerMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, index, display, and distribute it through the platform for as long as it remains published.

We may review, reformat, reject, unpublish, or remove contributions. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, confidential, infringing, malicious, or undisclosed promotional content.

Earned Osler Points and bought credits are platform balances, not currency or a bank deposit. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless a specific written programme says otherwise. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, or erroneous ledger entries.

Prices and included benefits are shown before purchase. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Subject to those rights, digital access that has already been delivered is generally non-refundable, except where we confirm a duplicate charge or a platform failure that prevented delivery. Contact support with your payment reference if a charge or access needs review.

You must not:

• break the law, infringe rights, or expose confidential patient data;
• misrepresent identity, qualifications, authorship, or permissions;
• circumvent access controls, scrape protected content, or probe security;
• manipulate points, payments, reviews, analytics, or account records;
• use automated output as verified clinical fact without appropriate review.

We may change, pause, or retire features, providers, prices, and content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage.

We may restrict or close an account for security, non-payment, legal compliance, fraud, abuse, harmful misinformation, or breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OslerMarket is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee exam success, clinical competence or outcomes, AI accuracy, or that every resource is current.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, OslerMarket is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on content, automated output, third-party services, or unauthorised account use.
