The HFA-PEFF algorithm is designed to assess the likelihood of HFpEF through a structured approach involving echocardiography and natriuretic peptide levels. This study investigates the algorithm's performance against invasive hemodynamic measurements, providing insights into its clinical utility. The findings suggest that the algorithm can effectively stratify patients based on their risk of HFpEF, aiding in diagnosis and management.
