The study compares the efficacy and tolerability of three oral enzyme treatment groups in wound management after orthopedic surgery. Trypsin:Chymotrypsin (TC) showed significant reduction in erythema and better wound healing compared to Serratiopeptidase (S) and Trypsin:Bromelain:Rutoside (TBR).
